Change your thoughts: It's time to do some changes in your life starting with your thoughts, if you continue doing the same things that you are been doing all this time you are going to continue getting the same results. Remember that you become what you think about it.
Erase negative thoughts: I know you are going to tell me that it's not easy to do that. Yeah you're right, I propose you a game.
