Add 1 Teaspoon of Diluted lemon juice to any liquid, and drink the mixture at least once per day. It can be added to tea, juice or plain water. Diluted lemon juice has been proven very helpful for Menorrhagia.
Eat curry dishes that are made up of Banana Flower. Banana Flower works well to treat Menorrhagia, and also helps with some of the other symptoms of menstruating, such as cramping.
Eat lots of pomegranates, bananas and grapes. All of these fruits help to treat Menorrhagia. Pomegranate juice is also very helpful. Grape juice is not very effective though since the juice does not contain many of the nutrients from the skin, but you can put grapes through a juicer.
